INTRODUCTION

Colosseum Doha is the mother company of Colosseum Group, which incorporates also the recent development of Colosseum Restaurant.

Since 1999, Colosseum has been at the forefront of bringing authentic Italian culinary experiences to Qatar. It started with our beloved Gelato as a homemade delicacy and we evolved into fresh pasta and pizza, crafted with a unique blend of state-of-the-art technology and traditional artisanal techniques. This combination of industrial process and artisan recipes allowed us to cater to a wide range of customer needs, from small personalized orders to larger-scale productions. In addition to its own brands, Colosseum import directly from Italy and distributes high-quality ingredients (over 260 products from 20 renowned Italian brands) to ensure top-notch quality throughout the entire production process. These carefully selected ingredients are used in the central kitchen, where the latest preparation technologies are applied. Our product is expertly processed in our state-of-art laboratory, using time-honored artisanal method. Each creation is blast chilled at the source with cutting-edge technology. This production approach not only maintains the consistency of quality and taste, but also ensures food safety that surpasses traditional restaurant standards.

In 2023, Colosseum Restaurant has been established, a concept that embodies the brand’s extensive experience and dedication to quality. Our restaurant’s mission is to deliver a perfect fusion of traditional Italian flavors with a modern twist, ensuring that every dish is prepared with the finest ingredients and served promptly. Colosseum Restaurant is committed to provide an exceptional dining experience that captures the essence of Italy at an accessible price.

During 2023 Colosseum has created the concept of a restaurant putting in place all the accrued experience of producing a so large variety of quality items. The main drive to step into the restaurant activity is to share the passion for heritage of Italian food and excellence that has defined Colosseum industry for over 20 years.
