Ingredients

Our parent company Colosseum Doha imports selected ingredients directly from Italy which ensure careful quality control throughout the entire production chain. We are distributing in Qatar 20 renowned brands and over 260 items. By importing all the ingredients specifically required for the Restaurant menu we ensure the consistency of our products, in terms of quality and taste.

System

Our secret is to simplify complexity. The restaurant’s production takes place in our centralized kitchen, adopting the most modern preparation technologies so that the products can be regenerated in the points of sale with tested procedures that allow us to offer our customers express cuisine in just a few minutes. Our criteria guarantee food safety even higher than classic restaurants. Our restaurant format has been specifically created for food courts, drive-in and food delivery. Our products are designed to arrive at the consumer’s home with the same restaurant quality. We have set up a rich display counter that offers a wide choice of the best Italian gastronomy, an unprecedented format for a fast-food restaurant.

Variety

Colosseum Restaurant is a unique modern eatery which combines the large variety of a casual dining menu, served as a classic fast-food outlet. In fact, our menu has over 70 items which will be prepared within minutes, thanks to a proprietary system that retains the quality as for the dishes prepared on the spot. Moreover, the menu offers the Create-Your-Own favorite dish for sandwiches and fresh pasta, which could cater exponential combination in the range of hundreds.

We have developed over 14 authentically Italian product categories: from the classic Focaccia, a stuffed Tuscan bread, to the vast range of appetizers including Arancini, Polpette, Panzerotti and mix fries; from the well known Italian salads made with Mozzarella, Burrata and Bresaola, to the Pizza range suitable to any taste and requirements, being sliced or abundant round in a variety of flavours; from the home-made fresh pasta, either filled and not filled, combined with a range of sauces, to the baked specialties, such as Lasagne e Cannelloni, and to selected Risotto. Last but not least we offer 3 range of dessert to cater any taste, from the classic such as Tiramisu and Gelato to the Semifreddi, a frozen sweet. And of course we offer Italian coffee with 10 selected items usually available only in coffee shops.
